How it all began…
My whole life, I've been surrounded by purpose-driven people, from family to friends to clients: smart, fun and loving individuals of all ages and backgrounds, united by a common belief in the good of the world. But I never truly knew how I fit in, or how I could best help.
After over a decade of working in various fields (fitness, coaching, body-mind therapy and creative freelancing), I found myself at a crossroads: I couldn’t continue doing the work I was doing without putting myself out there in a more honest, expanded and visible way.
I realised that I needed to ‘walk the talk’: to shed beliefs and behaviours that were keeping me small and stuck, and own my natural gifts as a speaker and mentor. Thus, the next step became clear: to share my story and my magic in the hope of inspiring and empowering people like you to own your gifts and become the wise, loving purpose-driven warrior that you were born to be.

I’m Ed, creative consultant, coach, photographer and videographer with a passion for helping individuals and organisations create a better world and live a life of freedom and fulfilment.
Applying your natural gifts to create a life and career you love doesn’t happen overnight. However, it can happen much faster (and more enjoyably) than you think: all you need is someone that sees you; someone with a method to access and map out your innate talents and instincts.
This is where I come in: over my 14+ years in the field of personal development and creative expression, I have discovered and honed my own gift to help people uncover their unique strengths and talents, and bring their highest vision to life. I call this approach "Find Your Magic" and it is the foundation of my coaching programs, retreats and creative services.

Coaching, consulting and freelancing - I’ve done a lot in my 14 years in business
I’ve helped hundreds of individuals and groups to reconnect with their authentic selves. And while my clients had great results, behind the scenes I often struggled, feeling lost, unfulfilled, and uncommitted to any of my projects.
Eventually, I realised that the only way for me to move forward was to stop hiding and commit to sharing my gifts and message with the world. I started to show up with more consistency and focus, and to embrace the parts of myself that I once thought were dull, silly or weird (including my love for fitness, camping, fantasy novels and Beyoncé).
As I began to own my uniqueness, everything started to change: I started to do more of the work I love, make more money, reach a wider audience - and have more fun in the process.

MY STORY
From personal trainer to Find Your Magic
After studying International Management (and Spanish), my professional journey began in 2008 on a graduate scheme with Hilton Hotels. I soon realised that I was not designed for the office environment, and needed to be doing something I truly loved.
I retrained as a personal trainer, moving to London in 2009. A diagnosis with HIV around that time shook me to my core, and I began to see how many people - including myself - were struggling with deeper issues that were holding them back from living fulfilling and joyful lives.
This led me - after a few deeply challenging years - to pursue further training in coaching, entrepreneurship and body psychotherapy, eventually becoming a licensed Core Energetics therapist and Spiritual Life Coach.
In addition to my personal development work, in 2015 I began tapping into my creative skills to create websites, photos and videos for friends and clients. I’ve since worked on a variety of projects, both commercial and personal.
In 2016 I moved to Crete where I now live with my partner Robbie (+ our 2 dogs and cat), with whom I co-run Find Your Magic Retreats and the Find Your Magic Studio.
